聘请华语客服员

职责
-接听新加坡客户电话,关于产品询问,意见以及投诉
-提供准确的信息与资料给客户
-与团队合作以达到每月的设定目标

要求资格
-SPM至少五科及格
-拥有良好的沟通能力(英语和华语)
-鼓励应届生申请,公司将提供培训
-能够轮流值班(轮班9小时-1小时半休息)

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM with 5 passes.
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin
• Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
• Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
• Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch and 30 minutes for rest/ break time.

Salary & Benefit:
• 5 working days in a week
• Commission/Incentives: can earn unlimited per month.
