Job Description

Job Scope:
• Execute data validation and updating for the customer via the phone.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Assists customer to update personal information
• Handle and resolve customer complaints

Requirement:
• Able to start on 1 August 2016 (Monday)
• Chinese, Malaysian
• Good communication skill in Chinese and basic English
• Training provided

Pay Range: RM2500 – RM2900 (Basic + Allowance + KPI)

Working hour: 10am-7pm, Monday-Friday
Offday: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday

Location: Wisma MCA
• Nearby Ampang Park LRT
