Job Description

Responsibilities

• Handles incoming calls (orders, inquiries, complaints, etc.);
• Places outbound calls (regarding account status, complaints, account collection, etc.) and directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.
• Owns the issue resolution by working with internal end-to-end partners.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager, although a certain degree of creativity and latitude may be required.
• May be required to manage, guide, and motivate teams.
• Basic knowledge of business applications.

Working hour:
Choose 1. Monday to Friday
Choose 2: Monday to Friday, Saturday , PH.

Salary:
RM 2100 and above.
