Job Description

Costumer Service Adviser

Job Duties:
-Attract potential costumers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information
-Open costumer accounts by recording account information
-Maintain costumers records by updating account information
-Resolve products or service problems by clarifying the costumer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-Provide a professional, efficient and welcoming reception area
-Provide efficient administration and support

Skills:
-Fluent in written and spoken English
-Appropriate attitude
– Listening and understanding costumers
-Positivity and patience
-Clarity in communication and attentiveness
-Time management skills
-Ability to handle unexpected situations
-Willingness to work
-Use of MYOB process

Working two days per week only, on Thursday and Friday
From 12.00pm to 20.00pm
2 months contract
500,00 RM monthly
