Job Description

Admin Assistant:Job Description:
• Handle online eCommerce administration tasks
• Handle customer phone calls & email inquiries
• Handle any ad-hoc admin works duties as tasked
• Inventory & SQL accounting management
• Assist in data entry of uploading/ maintain products

Basic working skills requirements:
• SPM Level, STPM or any better field
• Basic computer & online knowledge
• Speak & write in english, malay and chinese
• Prefer to Chinese person (as we need someone to speak in chinese)

Basic working attitude requirement:
• Interested & willing to expand in eCommerce
• Creative and proactive problem solver
• Sense of urgency, attention to details and ability to prioritize
• Extremely structured and capable of handling multiple tasks

Others:
• Age: 18 ~ 35
• work days: 5.5
• Time: 11.00 am ~ 8.00 pm
• Salary: RM1500 ~ RM1800+
• Location: Cheras, Jalan peel, Queen Avenue
• Start work immediately!
